Ideal for couples or families with a child, this apartment has one bedroom with a king-size bed, which can be converted into two single beds, and a comfortable single sofa bed in the living area.

The apartment offers a private balcony with a city view, furnished with a small table and chairs, and large windows that provide natural light and interiors designed for comfort and accessibility, perfect even for those with reduced mobility needs.

Upon request, a crib can be added, to be indicated when booking, at a cost of €10.00/night per infant 0-3 years old. Children 4 years and older pay the same as adults.

The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a large shower, toiletries, makeup mirror and hair dryer. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
